Our Round Table events are discussion forums that brings together groups of experts, thought leaders, or influential stakeholders from a particular industry or focus area to have an open dialogue and exchange on key topics, challenges, and ideas, yielding collaborative outcomes. Our Round Table events will typically include 10 - 15 participants with no specific hierarchy engaged in facilitated conversations that allow each participant to contribute their view points and perspectives on well-defined themes with focused questions that frame the discussions rather than be overly open-ended.
The intended outcomes of such sessions include, but may not be limited to the following:
Pre-Certification Briefing Sessions offer black-owned businesses essential insights into the SASDC certification process. These sessions guide owners and senior managers through requirements, benefits, and opportunities available to certified suppliers within the SASDC network.
The SASDC Supplier Soapbox features certified Black-owned suppliers delivering focused 5–7 minute business pitches, followed by audience Q&A. Each session includes 8 presenters, with programmes shared in advance. Presentations are recorded, shared with attendees, and available online for on-demand viewing.
